Well, this week stars the lawn mowing season. For now, I am using a push mower, not because I am nuts to mow 1.75 acres with a push mower, but because of 2 reasons; (1) The riding mower needs work on the deck and new blades and a new battery and (2) I need the exercise.
Continuing my battle with hayfever allergies, BG readings may be higher than normal. I am getting exercise daily now. Even have a new update on my weight to show this week.
Menu has been simple: cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread for BK, HB egg in mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacktime, salad (cucumber / tomatoe / cheese) & 1/2 roasted chicken for L, 1 pork chop and veggies for dinner. Lots of water and some decaf tea. No coffee.
