Last night at CVS, while waiting on a prescription refill, I talked with the Pharmacist about Blood Pressure Monitors and also about Heart Rate monitors found in these watches by "Lite Fitness".
After talking about what I have been going through and what I am needing to do, I decided to purchase a watch that contains the functions of a regular watch and also a heartrate monitor. The heartrate, or pulse, is measured in an EKG form.
