Slept good last night. Alarm went off at 5 am, but I did not get up until 6 am. I immediately did my 15 minutes gazelle this morning, with the other half being done tonight after work. Made lunch and now making breakfast. Crazy day at work, even for a holiday. But I got one project done for now and that makes me happy.
Menu -
Breakfast:
4 slices 100% Rye bread, 17 g net carbs/slice
2 tbsp meat spread, 12 g carbs
2 slices munster cheese
2 tsp unsalted butter
hot green tea
Lunch:
1 cup split-green pea & Lentil soup
4 oz. bacon
4 oz. leberwurst
1 slice 100% Rye Bread
1 slice munster cheese
1 tsp unsalted butter
hot green tea
1 small apple
Water - drank (3.5) 16 oz. bottles
Dinner:
small salad =
2 cups red leaf lettuce
1/2 diced avocado
2 roma tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup black olives, whole
1/4 red wine vinegar-olive oil-herbs vinaigrette
