On Jan. 7, 2008, I had an appointment with the dietician. She set my goals for my glucose to be in and they are as follows:
Before Breakfast between 65-99
Before Lunch or Dinner between 65-120
2 Hours after Lunch or Dinner 65-140
Carbs for each meal to be between 45-60 grams
So from here on, the new log is as follows:
